Meet Ashley

Counseling services will be provided by Ashley Clark, LPC Associate, supervised by Carrie Manning, LPC-S. Ashley is a member of a local LDS congregation.

If Ashley doesn’t have current openings, referrals can go on Ashley’s waitlist or be seen by another therapist if requested.

Ashley’s rate is $120 per session

How to refer a patient or family:

  • Fill out the form below

  • You will receive a confirmation that we received it

  • Our intake coordinator will reach out to the family to ensure that it is a good fit and schedule the first appointment with Ashley

  • We will send the patient/family our intake and consent paperwork to get them started

  • Our billing specialist will send an invoice for the fees of services provided on a monthly basis
