About Me:

I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and accepted, just as you are. My goal is to build a trusting relationship where you feel free to explore your thoughts and experiences and are supported as you move toward healing and growth. I offer a judgment-free space where clients of all ages can show up authentically and move at their own pace.

I work with children (ages 5+), teens, and adults, and I’ve supported people through a wide range of challenges, like anxiety, depression, self-harm, grief, emotional ups and downs, and relationship struggles. My background includes experience in outpatient therapy and higher levels of care (PHP/IOP), where I worked closely with kids and families to create meaningful, lasting progress.

I'm trained in several evidence-based approaches, including Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). With teens and adults, I often use CBT to help them understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. For younger kids, I use creative interventions like play therapy, drawing on my experience at the TCU/FWISD Family Resource Center. My goal in the playroom is to encourage children to be independent and autonomous while growing confidence in themselves and their abilities.

Outside of the therapy room, you’ll probably find me hiking, painting, baking, or spending time with the people I love. I enjoy making things for others—whether it’s a homemade dessert or a thoughtful card—and I’m always up for a cozy movie night on the weekend.
