Ages 3 and up (children, teens, families, and adults too) in person. We provide virtual counseling services for ages 10 and up.

For kids we often use play-based approaches; for teens we use talk therapy, expressive arts, sand tray, ACT, etc. Our therapists are trained in a variety of approaches.

It depends on your goals — many start to feel better after just a few sessions; most families come for 10-12 while learning new skills.
