About Me:
Hi, I'm Kaitlyn! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, and I’m so excited to be part of the team at Reach Counseling. I’ve always had a heart for helping people through life’s changes—whether that’s a big move, a relationship shift, school stress, or a new job. I believe counseling should be a supportive, encouraging space where you feel safe to explore your thoughts, feelings, and goals.
I work with clients of all ages, including children, teens, adults, couples, and parents. I enjoy supporting people who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I use a collaborative, person-centered approach and tailor each session to fit your needs. You’re the expert on your life—I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and care.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in special education and spent time supporting children and families in school settings. That experience has shaped my passion for working with parents—especially those raising children with disabilities. I understand how overwhelming and isolating it can feel, and I love helping parents find clarity, support, and hope.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my husband, family, and friends. I look forward to connecting with you and supporting your journey—one step at a time.
