About Me:

Hello, my name is Elora and it is so nice to meet you! Regardless of what brought you here, I am glad that you have arrived. Perhaps you have a tween feeling confused about where they fit in their world, a teen overwhelmed by their responsibilities, or are a young adult navigating life alone. Maybe you’re a parent who’s feeling at the end of their rope, overwhelmed and not sure where to go next. If any of these resonate with you, you do not have to do it alone anymore.

I specialize in working with clients experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, grief, and identity exploration. I have experience working with all ages, but primarily work with tweens, teens, and young adults. I believe that everyone is capable of greatness, and has all of the strengths and resources needed to achieve their goals. I primarily utilize person-centered therapy, alongside expressive arts and other activities, to provide a personalized approach for each client. Through a down-to-earth, relaxed, and flexible approach I walk alongside my client as they grow into themselves.

I also recognize how challenging parenting can be, especially when your child is experiencing difficulties of their own. That’s why I love to partner with parents, providing support through resources and strategies for ongoing challenges.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife, crafting, baking something yummy, and cozy gaming (Animal Crossing anyone?). I look forward to working with you and can’t wait to see you achieve your dreams!
