About Me:

Hi, I'm Ashley! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, and I'm so excited to be part of the team at Reach Counseling. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, feeling overwhelmed by expectations, or adjusting to a new season of life, I believe counseling can be a space where you feel safe to explore your experiences, better understand yourself, and discover what meaningful change looks like for you.

I enjoy working with children, teens, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and challenges related to neurodivergence. My approach is person-centered and collaborative, drawing from existential therapy and choice theory. I want to help you better understand yourself, recognize your options, and feel more confident in the choices you make.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent seven years as an educator, working with children and families in school settings. That experience shaped my passion for supporting children, teens, and their family systems as they navigate academic pressures, relationships, personal growth, and the challenges that can come with growing up. I understand how overwhelming it can feel to balance school, relationships, and the many changes happening around you. I love helping clients build confidence, develop practical tools, and better understand themselves as they learn to navigate life authentically.

Outside of the therapy room, you'll probably find me working on something creative, exploring new coffee shops, or enjoying time with my favorite people (hopefully laughing until our bellies ache). It is an honor to step into this season of growth with you!
