Social skills aren’t just about making friends or building relationships—they're also key to supporting teens' emotional and mental well-being.

Our Teen Social Skills Group is here to help your teen:

  • Better understand the emotions of their peers while learning to express their own feelings in a healthy, constructive way.

  • Develop essential social and emotional skills, including managing conflicts, solving problems, and understanding and expressing emotions.

  • Build tools to navigate challenging situations like conflicts, rejection, teasing, bullying, and disagreements with confidence.

  • Feel understood, supported, and connected by joining a group of peers who can relate to their experiences, all in a safe and welcoming space.

Meet the Group Therapist:
Carrie Manning, LPC-S, RPT-S

Carrie specializes in working with neurodivergent kids and teens, helping them navigate life’s challenges while celebrating their unique strengths. She is equally passionate about supporting parents, providing them with tools and resources to guide their families through the ups and downs of life with confidence and connection.
