About Me:

Welcome!

If your child is struggling with anxiety, big emotions, behavior changes, life transitions, or low self-esteem, you might feel worried or unsure what will actually help. You may wonder if this is just a phase or if you should be doing something more. If that sounds familiar, you are not failing as a parent, and you do not have to navigate this alone.

I specialize in counseling children and teens to help them feel safe, understood, and more confident in who they are. My approach is warm, evidence-based, and down-to-earth. I believe young people grow best when they feel genuinely known and supported, not treated as someone who needs to be “fixed.” I strive to create an accepting space where all feel respected, valued, and able to show up as their authentic selves.

Play therapy is central to my work with children because play is their natural language! Through child-led, creative experiences, kids process big feelings, strengthen regulation skills, and build lasting coping tools in developmentally appropriate ways. As a Certified AutPlay® Therapy Provider, I use neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based approaches tailored to each child’s unique personality and needs.

With older kids & teens, I blend talk therapy, mindfulness, and creative tools to help them untangle overwhelming thoughts, understand their emotions, and explore what matters to them. My goal is to create a space where your child feel respected and supported as they grow into themselves.

I also value partnering closely with parents because you know your child best. My role is to support you with practical tools and help strengthen connections at home so the growth happening in therapy carries into everyday life.

Outside of the therapy office, I am usually reading a good book, crafting, or spending time with loved ones. I’d love to help you weave more creativity and self-care into your own busy routine, too.

It would be an honor to walk alongside your child and support your family during this season of growth. Whether you are ready to begin or simply exploring your options, I am here when you are ready.
