  • For kids we often use play-based approaches; for teens we use talk therapy, expressive arts, sand tray, ACT, etc. Our therapists are trained in a variety of approaches.

  • It depends on your goals — many start to feel better after just a few sessions; most families come for 10-12 while learning new skills.

  • That’s very common! Our therapists are skilled at building trust and helping kids feel comfortable. We use play, art, and creative activities to make therapy feel natural and safe.
