About Me:

I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, and their families as they learn to navigate life. I help people learn to express their emotions, as I find it valuable to connect with others and hear their story by stepping into their own world. My goal is to provide a space where you can have the opportunity to be understood, heard, and valued for who you are.

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional regulation challenges, and school-related stress, drawing on my experience providing therapy in an elementary school setting. I have facilitated child-centered play therapy for children ages 4 to 12 and use approaches such as Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Intervention) with children, teens, and adults. I believe counseling is not a “one size fits all” process—each person deserves a treatment plan tailored to their needs, honoring the fact that clients are the experts of their own lives.

I truly believe in the power of human connection and the healing that happens when someone feels understood. I want to offer a safe, compassionate space where individuals can explore their stories, make sense of their struggles, and discover their strengths through play or talk therapy. Supporting others as they grow, heal, and move toward more authentic and fulfilling lives is what motivates me, and it’s the reason this work feels meaningful and purposeful to me.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, as I like to eat at new restaurants, go on hikes, and also occasionally participate in retail therapy. I look forward to having the opportunity to connect with you and your family.
